I have been taking our cars to Gianni and Paula for almost 20 years. They are the most honest and hardworking team and by far the best mechanics I’ve ever come across anywhere. The care and attention to detail are second to none. They communicate any issues, concerns and options very effectively and before the works is done, also on odd occasions when something unexpected needs to be done Paula has already researched the part options and present the costs, options and a recommendation about how to proceed. I’m not family, but the care and service they deliver make me feel like I am.
